1. Supporting to QSHE Manager to continuously develop Brenntag Country’s QSHE strategy to meet the requirements of Brenntag Asia Pacific’s QSHE strategy.
2. Understand and manage the compliance with the international standards such as ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 45001-2018 certificates and other relevant regulations to make sure Brenntag Country is working with meet with all these requirements.
3. Preparing documents for certification of management systems such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001-2018.
4. Assisting for Manage the QSHE Training and Development Program.
5. Follow up and coordinate with Departments to achieve yearly QSHE target
6. Work with Government Agencies, etc. in relation to compliance and industry issues.
7. Lead the internal facility audits (quality, environment, health, and safety) and engages other qualified auditors to assist in the internal audits.
8. Implement the risk management activities; manage hazardous substances and the disposal of chemicals.
9. Control contractor safety activities in plant and Project site.
10. Assist QSHE manager to manage AIPSM (Asset Integrity process safety management) program includes conducting self-audit, addressing the gaps, and improving performance.
11. Others tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
Education : Bachelors in Health and Safety/ Environmental Management / Chemical/ Industrial Management or relevant degrees.
Experience : 2+ years of working experience within QSHE
Working experience in the chemicals industry/ distribution and/or logistics/ an international environment an advantage
Age : 25 years up
Sex : Male/ Female
Others : Strong people skills and analytical skills
Good command in spoken and written English
Proficiency in PC skill
